About GH-Sogakope Hope Center
The ministry at Sogakope began with freeing the enslaved women at the local shrines from their bondage. Soon our staff expanded the ministry to reach the children in the local schools with the gospel. It was discovered that the children also had a lot of basic needs that weren’t being met, especially for children suffering from the social stigma of being born with albinism. Because of this, the Sogakope hope center was recently launched at the start of 2021, focusing on meeting the needs of the most vulnerable children in the community providing education, meeting basic medical and physical needs, and spiritual mentoring.
